The script for plotting FD based on steady state is added.

Now warnings are only given when a pedestrian is outside the whole building but not outside a subroom.

image sequences are now padded with four zeros, like 0000 00001 00002 voronoi. Necesserary when to get the image in the right order while recording vidoe or analysing the results

scripts txt2xml is changed and the unit of the trajectory in xml file is meter now. The header is also changed to fit for the latest version of Travisto
