The production deployment is hardened

For the first version of data logistics (TM) we need to come up with stable, production ready installation. In particular parts of security will need to be taken care of:

• fernetkey for deployment (this however cannot be randomized for each deployment?)
• https certs
• default password

Close issue is #38 (closed) (I expect that we will not get this ready quick, so we go for [something-dls].fz-juelich.de)

Also I wonder how and if we preserve the state between deployments?
