Loss functions incl. vector norms

To properly handle the wind downscaling atsk (cf. #66), the MSE/MAE of the L2 vector norm have to be required. However, this is not implemented yet. Thus, this branch will set-up a small collection of customized losses that allow proper handling of vectorial quantities.
