Data summary plot for usage of data (time-series)

We might create a timeseries plot which shows what data set is used which step. The plot should include the following information:

• train period
• val period
• test period
• CASE I/II period (clim reference)
• CASE III/IV period (clim reference)
• add plot to plot list and add if clause
