Make IntelliO3-ts v1.0 available as reference

Provide forecasts of IntelliO3-ts v1.0 from Kleinert et al as additional reference (like the OLS). No computation at all, just loading!

Related to #198 (closed) . This is one of the competitors that should be provided.
