REFAC: do not stop if filter plots fail

Description

There might be some issues with the filter plotting which causes an error. This leads to a removal of the station altough valid data would be available.

ToDo

• add try except statement to ClimateFIRFilter plot command
• check why plotting is failing and fix if possible
