time evolution of aggregated metrics

PlotTimeEvolutionMetric give good insights into errors for smaller data set. But when using with more than 200 stations the plot becomes to messy as there are too many rows.

• implement a variation of this plot that aggregates the metric for each time block
• visualize all competitors in same plot
