ALL data is loaded from local files!

REMARKS:

• modis_landcover is much too slow due to big file to load. Try is again, if rasdaman DB is used for data provision
• modis_landcover there are also three values for each pixel. This kind of data was never used before. There is the need of a new way to handle these data (what about calculus, return, ... )
• powerplants not implemented yet
