Get provenance information from Rasdaman

Provenance information should be included in Rasdaman server and therefore extracted from there on a data request.

Questions to answer:

• Is it possible to get this meta data during WCS request?
• If yes, how?
• If no, establish a meta data extractor to get metadata before/after/in parallel?
