TOPOGRAPHY: Correct missing value handling, add check plots, automatic data flip

TOPOGRAPHY DATA:

• export missing value from input and apply to data
• automatic check, if data needs to be flipped
• add plot of loaded input for manual checking
• write little test function to run script for example data
