time series can be filtered for stations

List all time series that are available for a given station.
For example:

https://toar-data.fz-juelich.de/api/v2/timeseries/?station_code=openaq_1

should list all time series that are available for station openaq_1 (JTC - Jamestown).

This should also work with station names (and there via similarity checks).
