renamed field 'version' of table 'timeseries' to 'provider_version' to clearly distinguish between versions of individual data records
Table 'timeseries' contained a field 'version', which is intended to hold the data version delivered by the provider (f. ex.: AirBase data was harvested from version 9).
Also, the table 'data' contained a field 'version', which is intended to hold the data version in the database itself
(f. ex.: non-preliminary data will get version 000001.000000.00000000000000 on first ingestion, while patched data records might get version 000001.000001.00000000000000).
This was confusing and can be avoided by renaming 'version' of table 'timeseries' to 'provider_version'.
