missing roles have been added

Since the option has_role has been implemented, the limit option seems to work incorrectly for search; f. ex.:

https://toar-data.fz-juelich.de/api/v2/search/?limit=4

does only return 3 timeseries.
This is due to the fact, that the first 29 stations were inserted in the beginning without any roles.
The request

https://toar-data.fz-juelich.de/api/v2/search/?limit=4&offset=100

works correctly.

The problem has now been fixed before having inserted the roles.

Although the query returned the correct number of records, the limit()-option messed it up. This was independent of roles at all.
limit works correctly has therefore been removed from the title.
