ontology has been revised

Since some database fields have been changed or added, the ontology needs to be revised.
There might also bee some outdated information in the descriptions.
At least, as of today (2024-07-01), the following link (for example)
https://www.ngdc.noaa.gov/wiki/index.php/ISO_19115_and_19115-2_CodeList_Dictionaries#CI_RoleCode
is not working, since the NGDC Wiki is being reviewed and revised.
