globalmeta fields have been adapted to available GeoPEAS services

GeoPEAS does not provide services for wheat-production, rice-production, and the omi-NO2-column.
Therefore, the globalmeta of a station only provides default values for

• wheat_production_year2000
• rice_production_year2000
• omi_no2_column_years2011to2015

Since this is no additional value, these global values can be deleted from the database.
