entry points ftimeseries and fstations have been built

timeseries/ and stations/ should deliver a "copy" of the database record.

ftimeseries/ and fstations/ include columns argument for filtering and break the schema.

2022-10-14: The argument should be renamed from columns to fields since a json structure does not have "columns".
