addition of a filter feature

The basic idea is to add an additional stage to the data processing and separate this from the actual gridding.

Afterwards, the analysis service will provide clean datasets with timeseries, station coorinates and contributors.

Those can be passed to the filter.

Afterwards, the all remaining timeseries are assumed to contribute to the grid and used for the creation of the contributors metadata field before the actual gridding is done
