BioHelpers

Collection of useful python functions and classes for the work with pdb files and contact maps. A special focus is on the topology of contact maps.

Modules

All Modules are described in the documentation, including examples for the most important functions!

Installation

For installation simply run the following command:

pip install --index-url https://gitlab.jsc.fz-juelich.de/api/v4/projects/6167/packages/pypi/simple BioHelpers_FABER

Or when upgrading:

pip install --upgrade --index-url https://gitlab.jsc.fz-juelich.de/api/v4/projects/6167/packages/pypi/simple BioHelpers_FABER
