Door frequency

When doors are used as exits, e.g. to simulate boarding a train, a defined frequency is needed to regulate the "outflow".
E.g. only one person per 2 seconds may board the train, because of the distance between the track and the train, some steps in the train, etc.
So the door needs a frequency, which allows only one person per 2 seconds to pass the door.
