inifile, header, location for trajectory files

The file location definition (see header) is only considered for the first trajectory file.

    <file location="trajectories.xml" />   </trajectories>

The other files are stored in the folder of the ini-file.

(example: geo_RiMEA_Test_04.xml, ini_RiMEA_Test_04_0-5.xml)
