Occasional 'CDO not disposable' error after data transfer

After a seemingly successful completion of DEMAND, the disposal of the CDO on the consumer side may give the error below. The error does not always happen for the same CDO and it may not occur at all, but it is observed fairly reliable at some point during the creation and transfer of 171 cdos.
