      The setting for the options of velocity is changed in the inifile. Now the velocity can be projected in any direction from  0 to 360 degree. Note that for trajectories with several times change of direction (like in T-junction), the direction can be only set in trajectory files(add a new column in txt file, add a new variable in xml file.
