When combining stdout and stderr using slurm the messages can intersect midword
When combining stdout and stderr using slurm the messages can intersect midword. This causes suboptimal log output and obfuscate log parsing using post-processing tools. This is an issue with how the two streams are mixed and not a linktest problem.
We should point this out in the documentation.
