fprintf and others no longer global namespace
In c functions like fprintf reside in the global namespace [aka you can use it like fprintf(...)] In c++ these function move into the std namespace [std::fprintf(...) When including c++ style headers global namespace declarations might be missing according to the standard, wich gcc 10 follows more closely than gcc 9 and others.
