This patch adds a .gitlab-ci.yml triggering the downstream pipeline of the DEEP-SEA CI to automatically run EasyBuild. (see also: Example Pipeline)

Corresponding psmpi MR: deep-sea/wp5/software/psmpi!1 (merged).
