ci: Add deployment of multi-thread variant via DEEP-SEA CI.

Using parallel matrix feature of Gitlab CI to add the deployment of the multi-threaded variant of psmpi via the DEEP-SEA CI.

This variant is required on the DEEP system by @piedrahta-velez1.
