Frontend static content

The website still needs to be filled with static content, e.g. description of the api, some short documentation of the website or the impressum.

Got some info from Björn. We can orient ourselves along other similar services,e.g., datapub https://datapub.fz-juelich.de

Also for b2share similar approach exists, instead of email a way of creating issues? (in github?)
