pages documentation were reviewed to make sure that data sources are consistent with GEOPEAS
Mathilde pointed out, that some of the descriptions given on the pages
(http://esde.pages.jsc.fz-juelich.de/toar-data/toardb_fastapi/docs/)
contain links that do not longer exist.
Links given in stationmeta_global have to be compared with the Rasdaman wiki.
Rasdaman Wiki:
https://gitlab.version.fz-juelich.de/esde/toar-data/geolocationservices/-/wikis/Rasdaman-Data
In the Rasdaman wiki I had entered all the data sources that we used for TOAR-I
(and I also entered them in the fields description of all models.py),
and -- if mentioned in the IntelliAQ request -- added the data sources we want to use for TOAR-II.
On this basis, Amirpasha collected the data and added additional information or searched new links (if the old ones had gone).
The data that Amirpasha has loaded from these (partially new) links is the data that is loaded into the Rasdaman by Jessica.
For example:
Dominant_Landcover:
The new data has now been loaded from
https://lpdaac.usgs.gov/products/mcd12c1v006/
(and DOI https://doi.org/10.5067/MODIS/MCD12C1.006)
Since we want to re-insert everything for TOAR-II -- if possible -- we should also use the new link.
Wheat/Rice_Production:
The new data has now been loaded from
http://www.fao.org/faostat/en/#data/QC
Since we want to re-insert everything for TOAR-II -- if possible -- we should also use the new link.
Before starting the double check:
- clarify whether the Rasdaman wiki is up-to-date
- check the download status again.
Check, if this information can be directly used from provenance field of GEOPEAS.
