added info on how to install a different environment to the README

did some refactoring, mainly camelCase to snake_case

worked on implementation of contributors endpoint

started implementing a class to handle the contributors

removed contributors_role as this will not be part of the metadata of a gridded file

extraction of 19 years is no spilt into several requests covering one year each.
