Creation of first beta release version

Carsten Hinz requested to merge testing into main

At the moment, the example notebooks can be executed and own requests can be submitted.

Therefore, it seems reasonable to create a first beta release and allow potential user to explore the capabilities of toargridding.

The missing tests and future feature requests can be implemented in the future.

TODO: ensure, that all required files are merge into main.
