Adapt size and margin of FZJ logo to fit CD

Also, this removes the whitespace around the logo.

This is still not perfect and is rather a point on the way to a CD-fitting design.

• Change font size of foot line
• Make text in footline align on its baseline and not bottom; of special importance when there's a comma in the date (for instance with \raisebox{0pt}[0pt][0pt]{\insertdate} instead of \insertdate
