Improve everything
- Fix typos
- More explicit README explanations with regard to executing
setup.sh(andcreate_kernel.sh) - Purge modules before loading
- Update module versions
- Quote all variables to handle spaces, for example.
- Support ZSH
setup.sh (and create_kernel.sh)
