The code is used to generate the synthetic dataset. The code generates synthetic data according to the procedure outlined in [1]. The different files meris_case_1.py and meris_case_2.py are used to simulate case 1 and case 2 water [1] respectively. In our work only case 1 was investigated. By varying the parameter n_samples it is possible to regulate the dimension of the dataset.
